Our Company History
Dave Ross founded Advanced Filter and Mechanical in 1979 and built the family-owned business from the ground up. After working in the field as service technicians, Rick and Shannon Burrill started Expert Air Control in 2002. Rick had a dream of building an HVAC company with high standards, quality service, and integrity. He went on to purchase Advanced Filter and Mechanical in 2016 and merged the two companies to form Expert Air Control.
