Our Plan to Keep Our Community and Staff Safe

Expert Air Control is closely monitoring COVID-19 and the impact on our local community. The safety of our employees and customers remains the utmost priority. At this time, we are continuing to perform service calls and system replacements. Since the demands of our job require us to enter homes each day, we have established a plan in an effort to help reduce the spread of illness while providing the same great service you and your family can depend on.

Expert Air Control Promises To:

Monitor the health of our employees daily. If an employee becomes ill or is not feeling well, they will be sent home for self-monitoring and will require a physician’s approval to return to work if they become ill.

Carry disposable gloves, anti-bacterial sanitizer, and wipes at all times. Gloves will be worn in EVERY home and we will practice good hygiene. We have asked that each employee regularly wash their hands for 20 seconds using soap and hot water, use sanitizer on job sites, wear disposable gloves, wipe down vehicle handles, steering wheels, disinfect common surfaces, and clean their tools before and after use.

Practice social distancing both at work and at home. This means our employees have been instructed to keep a 6-foot distance from customers and refrain from handshaking at this time.

As we work through the effects of the virus in our local area we will update our plan as needed. Our office will continue to stay open during regular business hours and we will provide updates if this changes. Expert Air Control cares about our community and will stay current with the CDC guidelines to reduce exposure to our staff and you. Please call us with any questions or concerns.
